Using relationship-building skills and innovative tools, an equity coach offers relevant education, scaffolds clients to move through discomfort that yields growth, and celebrates equity-centered progress.  

Equity coaching cohorts combine group learning with individual coaching sessions to realize equitable shifts within systems and each individual’s role.
